KENICHIRO HAMADA
PRESIDENT & CEO

Mr. Hamada holds ARM (Associate in Risk Management), MBA (Finance Major, George Washington University), Small and Medium Enterprise Management Consultant, CFP (Certified Financial Planner).

In 1975, Mr. Hamada graduated from Hitotsubashi University, and joined Yasuda Fire & Marine Insurance (currently Sompo Japan Nipponkoa Insurance). In 2000, he was appointed President of SINSER Japan Ltd. In 2005, he established Foresight Management Co., Ltd. In 2006, he was appointed CEO of Willis Consulting K.K. (part of Willis Towers Watson group).

In 2009, Mr. Hamada established MIMC. He is highly regarded in risk management consulting and captive advice.

浜田 健一郎
代表取締役社長　兼　最高経営責任者

ARM　(Associate in Risk Management）、MBA（ジョージワシントン大学・ファイナンス専攻）、中小企業診断士、CFP（Certified Financial Planner）。

1975年一橋大学社会学部卒業。　同年、安田火災海上保険株式会社(現損害保険ジャパン日本興亜)入社。2000年7月、シンサージャパン株式会社代表取締役会社に就任。2005年、フォーサイトマネジメント株式会社を設立。2006年、Willis Towers Watsonグループのウィリス・コンサルティング株式会社代表取締役に就任。

2009年、当社を設立。企業のリスクマネジメント、キャプティブ設立等のコンサルティング業務で高い評価を得ている。

MASAKI TOMITA
DIRECTOR

Mr. Tomita is a Certified Public Accountant of Japan.

He graduated with a BA in Commerce from Waseda University in 1983. He initially worked for an automobile manufacturer and then for a food and beverage company. In 1993 he joined Cosmos & Co., an independent accounting and audit firm where he is currently a partner. Mr. Tomita provides audit and consulting services including specialist services for financial instrument audit, corporate governance, tax and financial management.

富田　昌樹
取締役

日本公認会計士。

1983年、早稲田大学商学部卒業。自動車メーカー、食品事業会社を経て1993年に監査法人コスモスに入社。

現在、監査法人コスモス代表社員（パートナー）。通常監査業務の他、金融商品取引法監査、会社法監査、税務、財務に係る様々なコンサルティング業務に従事。

TAKESHI YOSHIMURA
DIRECTOR

Mr. Yoshimura graduated with a BA in Economics from Kyoto University and joined Taisho Marine & Fire Insurance (currently Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance). At Taisho, he specialized in marine cargo insurance and was seconded to New York and San Francisco offices. He later joined Scandia Japan Office where he was in charge of inward reinsurance. During his time at Scandia, he also served as the Chief Representative of SINSER Japan. He was previously the editor of Japan Insurance News at the Insurance Research Institute and a director of SINSER Japan and IRMG.

吉村　健
取締役

京都大学卒業後、大正海上(現三井住友海上)に入社。

貨物保険、ニューヨーク・サンフランシスコ駐在員を歴任。その後、スカンディア日本支店で日本元受損保からの再保険受再業務に従事。同時にキャプティブ保険マネージャーであるシンサー社の日本代表を務める。保険研究所で「Japan Insurance News」の編集に従事。シンサージャパン㈱取締役、IRMG取締役を経て、MIMC取締役に就任。

EISUKE KAWANO
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Mr. Kawano is a U.S. Certified Public Accountant. He joined the company in July 2011.

Between 2005 and 2007, Mr. Kawano was Risk Analyst at Willis Consulting (part of Willis Towers Watson group) in the risk management consulting and captive management practices. At Willis he established global insurance programs and captive companies for a freight forwarder and a film and precision chemicals manufacturer. Between 2007 and 2011, Mr. Kawano was Assistant Manager at Sompo Japan Insurance Company of Europe Ltd.

Mr. Kawano holds a BA and an MSc from the University of Oxford, and is a Diploma Member of the UK Chartered Insurance Institute.

河野　英介
最高執行責任者（COO）

U.S. Certified Public Accountant (米国公認会計士）。

2011年7月入社。

2005年から2007年までWillis Towers Watsonグループのリスク・マネジメント・コンサルティング及びキャプティブ・プラクティスにてアナリスト・コンサルタントとして活動。ウィリス在職中は総合物流企業及び精密化学メーカーのグローバル保険プログラム及びキャプティブを設立。2007年から2011年まで損保ジャパン・ヨーロッパのロンドン本社に勤務。

オックスフォード大学及び同大学院修士課程修了。英国勅許保険協会（CII）ディプロマ課程修了。

IESKE K. IEHSI
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
Conferee of Grand Cordon of the Order of the Rising Sun of Japan

Mr. Iehsi joined MIMC in February 2012.

Mr. Iehsi holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Hawaii-Manoa and Masters in Public Administration from Harvard University John F. Kennedy School of Government.

Prior to joining, Mr. Iehsi was the Headquarters Senior Executive at Micronesia Registration Advisors, Inc. Before joining the private sector, Mr. Iehsi held various senior positions within the FSM Government, including the General Manager of Pohnpei Port Authority, FSM Secretary of Foreign Affairs and Chief of Staff at the Executive Office of the President of the FSM. Prior to the independence of the FSM, he was the FSM’s Liaison Officer at the Trust Territory Headquarters, coordinating and assisting the negotiations in preparation for the independence of the FSM. Between 2008 an 2010, Mr. Iehsi was also the Vice President of the Association of Pacific Ports.

He is currently a Board Member of the FSM/Japan Friendship Society and Ordained Minister of United Church of Christ in Pohnpei.

Mr. Iehsi was awarded the Grand Cordon of the Order of the Rising Sun of Japan by His Majesty the Emperor of Japan in 2021 in recognition of his contribution to strengthening the bilateral ties and promoting friendly relations between Japan and the FSM.

イエスケ・K・イエシ
エグゼクティブ・ヴァイス・プレジデント
旭日大綬章（令和三年度）受勲者

2012年2月入社。

米国ハワイ大学（マノア）政治学部卒、ハーバード大学ジョン・Ｆ・ケネディ・スクール公共政策大学院修士課程修了。

ミクロネシア連邦政府（FSM）ポンペイ港湾局長、大統領首席補佐官、外務長官（大臣に相当）等、FSM政府要職を歴任。退官後、ミクロネシア・レジストレーション・アドバイザーズ本社 Senior Headquarters Executive を経て現職。また、FSMの独立前である国連信託統治領時代に、信託統治事務局においてFSM側渉外担当官としてFSM独立交渉に携わる。

その他、環太平洋港湾協会副会長、FSM/Japan Friendship Society（ミクロネシア日本友好会）取締役を歴任。また、ポンペイ州ユナイテッド教会牧師として活動。

2021年（令和3年）、日本・ミクロネシア間の関係強化及び友好親善に寄与した功績が認められ、旭日大綬章を受章。

HIROTAKA KOJIMA
VICE PRESIDENT

Mr. Kojima joined MIMC in January 2018.

He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers Aarata LLC (PwC) as an audit and assurance professional for global companies in a wide range of industries, covering financial statement audit and financial reporting advisory functions. After 6 years at PwC, Mr. Kojima joined Amazon Japan as a financial analyst specializing in business strategy, investment effectiveness analysis and data tracking.

Following Amazon Japan, Mr. Kojima worked at a major Japanese trading company as a specialist in reinsurance broking and captive insurance operations for overseas construction risks, international logistics and speciality risks. During his time at the trading company, Mr. Kojima designed mid and long term strategies for captives from capital and financial management perspectives.

Mr. Kojima is a graduate of Nagoya University School of Agricultural Sciences and holds a BA in Environmental Resources Science.

小島　弘敬
ヴァイス・プレジデント

2018年1月入社。

PwCあらた有限責任監査法人にて ６年間 グローバル企業の多種の業種にわたる会計監査、会計コンサルティング業務に従事。その後、Amazon Japanにて、ファイナンスアナリストとして事業戦略立案、投資効果測定、データトラッキング業務を担当。

直近では総合商社の保険仲介部門にて海外プロジェクトにおける建設工事保険、国際輸送、その他ニッチな種目の再保険手配、キャプティブ運営業務に従事。リスク保有シナリオを財務面から考慮し、キャプティブの中長期の運営プランを立案。

名古屋大学農学部環境資源学科卒。

YUSUKE HAMADA
VICE PRESIDENT

Mr. Hamada joined MIMC in March 2014.

Mr. Hamada has 9 years of experience working for a Japanese trading company from 2003. His principal assignment was importation and exportation, insurance arrangement, and project management thorough his sales career in aviation and automotive industries. He worked for Chicago and Mexico offices as a sales manager, and he was assigned to establish new business and create new marketing strategy. During his course in MBA, he researched the effectiveness and necessity of captive insurance company for Japanese corporations.

Mr. Hamada holds B.A. in Economics and Politics from Meiji University and MBA (Risk Management Major) from Keio University.

浜田　雄介
ヴァイス・プレジデント

2014年3月入社。

2003年から約9年間機械専門商社に勤務。営業を通じ、航空及び自動車産業向け設備の輸出入業務、保険手配業務、プロジェクトマネジメント業務を担当。アメリカ・シカゴ、メキシコの駐在員を歴任。メキシコでは現地日本人責任者として、二つの新事務所の設立、新市場開拓業務、現地リスクマネジメント業務に関わる。

機械専門商社を退社後、慶應ビジネススクールに入学。リクスマネジメント専攻の研究室に所属し、日本企業におけるキャプティブ設立の必要性、有効性についての研究を行った。

明治大学政治経済学部卒、慶應義塾大学経営管理研究科（リスクマネジメント専攻）MBA修士課程修了。
